Your items will go through an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers in many countries. Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a specific processing time based on the individual item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
